Delicious cupcakes flavored with orange, vanilla and almond. I think the frosting for these has to be the best tasting that I've made: a cream cheese buttercream with vanilla and lemon zest, it was tangy and not overly sweet tasting (but still rich and creamy!) The cake its self is vegan (no eggs or dairy) but the icing is real butter and of course, tons of yummy cream cheese!

I am also pretty happy with how the icing looked, but I had a LOT of cakes, so I ran out pretty quick! I added a dash of colored sugar sprinkles to the top to give it a finished look.

I also made chocolate cupcakes and peanut butter cupcakes :)

Obviously, I don't sell cake online, but I thought it would be fun to share some of my baked goods anyway! ;)
