These cute pinwheel shaped scatter pins are sure to delight! wear them on a jacket, skirt or purse. You can also use them as a fun embellishment: top a present with a brooch instead of a traditional bow.

Each brooch is hand stitched with care, and the latching pin back is securely sewn on (no glue).

This style is made from a pretty vintage inspired rose print cotton as well as bright green and white felt. The cotton layer has a sweet scalloped edge, and the center of the pin wheel is a large pin rhinestone rivet.
