High waisted lolita skirtby =The-Cute-Storm

This is the back view, see my gallery for the front as well.

This high waisted skirt features a graceful a-line shape with a sweet heart waist line. The waist portion of the skirt is lined and boned with polyester boning. The back of the dress is shirred with multiple rows of narrow elastic for size flexibility.

The back also laces up with a pretty velvet ribbon. The same ribbon also trims the ruffle at the hem. The hem also gracefully tapers so that it is subtly longer in the back for an optimal fit.

All seams are serged so they can not fray, and the hems on the ruffle are rolled for a perfect finish.

Inner seams are serged so they will not fray.
