I made gingerbread cookies...and they are all gone! Time to make more!
Maybe the next batch will last until Christmas!
Sometimes I get really fancy with them, but I didn't have food coloring, so I just kept it simple. Might add some colored sugar on the next batch though.

I decorated them with cinnamon red hots and vanilla flavored royal icing. If you like your cookies crisp, leave the icing off (and if you like them more moist and chewy, then ice them). I kind of like them better crisp, but it seems like everyone else likes a bit of icing
