Gingerbread cookies! This was the second batch, mostly Christmas trees with red hots, green sugar and vanilla icing. I also made some tiny snowflakes.

Sometimes I get really fancy with them, but I didn't have food coloring, so I just kept it simple.

I decorated them with cinnamon red hots and vanilla flavored royal icing. If you like your cookies crisp, leave the icing off (and if you like them more moist and chewy, then ice them). I kind of like them better crisp, but it seems like everyone else likes a bit of icing

this cookie looks like it was in vietnam and got stabbed in the eye and his arm blew up and he got it re-attached by some doctor who was high on weed XD then got revenge and used the person who blew his arm up and stained his skin with his blood and used them as cute lil buttons XD

then 2 years later got fat from depression of his very lard feet. then he just got his picture taken looking at a person with a train wheel on his head XD
