Chocolate rum ballsby =The-Cute-Storm

These where super yummy! I had never made them before and came up with the recipe for this one myself...the filling is chocolate brownie and *LOTS* of spice rum shaped into a ball then dipped in semi-sweet Ghirardelli chocolate, decorated with a few red and green sprinkles to make them Chrsitmas-y and dropped each one into a foil candy cup to make them easier to eat (and give as gifts)

For those who watch me, if your getting sick of cookie picks, this is the last one for this season, I promise!

OMFG. this is torture. XD I am on a diet, why are there delicious cookies and candy pics everywhere I turn?!?! ;_; *goes off to die in a bowl of baby spinach*

Totally hadn't seen this! Send me a reminder note and I'll type it up. Its basically a batch of dry-ish brownies cooled and broken into crumbs and mixed with a good deal of spiced rum (enough to make it moist enough to stick together well) rolled into balls and dipped in melted semi-sweet chocolate. I couldn't stop munching them! They where sooo good, and the tray full in the fridge was just too tempting!
